RESTORATIVE AND THERAPEUTIC YOGA

There Are Moments to Explore and Moments to Rest.

Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga offer a space to listen to your body, recognize its needs, and support its natural processes through a respectful and adaptable practice.

01

Deep rest

Through supported, sustained poses, we create space for the nervous system to regulate itself and the body to release accumulated tension.

03

Mindful, Respectful Movement

We adapt the practice to your body's physiological and biomechanical capabilities, always prioritizing safety and functional movement.

A PRACTICE THAT ADAPTS

02

Body awareness

Cultivamos una escucha atenta para identificar las señales del cuerpo, aprendiendo a movernos desde el respeto y la amabilidad.

Physiotherapy and Yoga Together

I bring together clinical anatomical knowledge and yoga philosophy to offer a holistic approach to your well-being.

ADAPTED YOGA AND CLINICAL CARE

Adapted yoga classes are designed to help you move safely and comfortably within your practice. Physiotherapy, on the other hand, provides individualized clinical care focused on assessment and treatment. These are two distinct yet complementary approaches.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment and does not guarantee recovery from an injury. If you have a health condition, consult your healthcare professional.
