Flowing with the pulse of life.
PRANA VINYASA FLOW

Prana Vinyasa is an evolutionary approach to yoga developed by Shiva Rea, bringing together breath, movement, and awareness in a living practice. Through fluid, progressive sequences, it invites us to explore our vital energy, connect with the rhythms of nature, and discover a way of moving that honors where we are in the present moment.
THE ORIGIN · THE LINEAGE
Honoring the source of movement
A practice born from the breath and evolving through movement.
In Prana Vinyasa, every transition is part of a mindful journey. The breath guides the rhythm, sequences unfold like waves, and the body discovers different possibilities for expression.
Rather than simply moving through a series of poses, we explore what it means to fully inhabit movement through presence, sensitivity, and a deeper connection with our own vital energy.
My journey along this path began with my teacher, Luz Orea, under whose guidance I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and discovered the depth of this beautiful practice.
That experience opened the door to an ongoing journey of exploration and learning, leading me to continue my studies directly with Shiva Rea. I have since completed 500 hours of training with her.

Luz Orea — My Yoga and Ayurveda teacher
With deep respect and gratitude for both teachers, I honor the teachings that have enriched my journey. Today, I share Prana Vinyasa Yoga by bringing together this legacy with my own experience and background in physiotherapy, supporting each person in discovering their own way of inhabiting movement through deep listening, presence, and respect for their natural rhythms.

01 · THE ESSENCE
Movement Born from the Breath
The essence of Prana Vinyasa lies not simply in linking poses, but in discovering a state of flow where breath, movement, rhythm, and intention come together.
Through namaskars, moving meditations, and wave-like sequences, we cultivate continuous awareness that allows us to explore both the body's structure and the more subtle, felt dimensions of our experience.
Each practice is an opportunity to listen, adapt, and recognize movement as a living expression of where we are in the present moment.

02 · MY APPROACH
The science of the body and the wisdom of experience
My background in physiotherapy allows me to bring together knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement with the more intuitive, experiential dimensions of yoga. Rather than expecting everyone to achieve the same pose, I aim to offer tools that allow each person to explore the practice according to their own abilities and needs.
Prana Vinyasa brings together creative, progressive sequences guided by the principle of Vinyasa Krama: a journey of preparation, exploration, and evolution.
Through mindful repetition, transitions, and wave-like sequences, each movement prepares the way for the next. The practice can take on dynamic or contemplative, solar or lunar qualities, depending on its intention and the needs of the present moment.
The goal is not to accumulate poses, but to cultivate a continuous experience of breath, awareness, and movement.
To Serve Life
Three perspectives to explore the practice through breath, an understanding of the body, and personal experience.

03 · THE EXPERIENCE
What Can You Discover Through Your Practice?
Every person comes to the practice with a unique relationship with their body, their own experiences, and a different energy.
That is why Prana Vinyasa offers different stages and possibilities for exploration. A simple pose is no less valuable than a complex one: every variation can become a complete and meaningful expression of the practice.
The invitation is to recognize where you are today and allow your movement to evolve with you.

THE FIVE ELEMENTS
A mandala of possibilities
Earth, water, fire, air, and space offer different qualities to explore movement and the experience of the practice.
EARTH
Stability · Grounding · Presence
The earth invites us to feel the support, recognize our foundation, and explore movement from stability.

Akasha
WATER
Openness · Awareness · Integration
Fluency · Adaptation · Continuity
Space allows for the recognition of silence, breadth, and the relationship between all elements.
Water inspires fluid transitions, sensitivity, and the ability to adapt to change.
AIR
FIRE
Breath · Expansion · Lightness
The air invites us to explore breadth, respiratory space, and freedom of movement.
Vitality · Transformation · Energy
Fire connects us with intensity, determination, and the possibility of transforming our energy through movement.
PRACTICE RHYTHMS
Between expansion and stillness

The solar flow
The lunar flow
Las prácticas de carácter solar pueden invitar a explorar la vitalidad, el dinamismo, el calor y la expresión del movimiento
Lunar-based practices can foster receptivity, softness, listening, and a more introspective relationship with movement
Both qualities can accompany us at different times. The practice does not always need to respond to the same rhythm.

CYCLES OF NATURE
Nature also practices in cycles
Los ritmos de la naturaleza pueden inspirarnos a reconocer nuestros propios procesos de apertura, expansión, transición y descanso.

SPRING
SUMMER
AUTUMN
WINTER
Renewal
A symbolic time of opening, growth, and exploration of new possibilities.
Expansion
An invitation to recognize the vitality, expression, and energy available.
Integration
A space to listen to changes, integrate experiences, and allow for transitions.
Restoration
A symbolic moment to recognize stillness, rest, and depth.
Nature does not always move at the same pace. Our practice doesn't have to either.
