Feel at Home in Your Body.
Rediscover Confidence in the Way You Move.
I bring together physiotherapy, movement science, and yoga traditions to help you explore your possibilities, understand your body, and develop a practice that adapts to your unique needs.
An invitation to explore movement through deep listening, breath, and respect for your body's needs.

Two paths, one same movement.
Science helps us understand the body. Yoga invites us to experience it through awareness.
Where the two meet, a practice emerges that brings together knowledge and sensitivity, allowing us to explore, understand, and make conscious choices as we cultivate confidence in the way we move.

PHILOSOPHY
Movement as a Path to Exploration
The body is constantly evolving. Its needs change over time, shaped by our experiences and the cycles of life.
I bring together physiotherapy, anatomy, biomechanics, and yoga traditions to create mindful, adaptable practices. Rather than striving for a perfect pose, I invite you to explore, understand, and build confidence in the way you move.

A DEEPER EXPLORATION
What Do Your Body and Inner World Need Today?
Take a few moments to tune in to yourself. Explore your physical sensations, emotional state, and current needs to discover simple ways to care for yourself, move, and nurture your well-being.

Every journey begins with a conversation.
A SPACE TO BEGIN

Whether you're looking to explore movement, find a space for rest, or receive support through physiotherapy, we can talk about your needs and find an approach that feels right for you.
There is no single way to begin. Each person comes with their own story, questions, and possibilities. The intention is to find a starting point together that feels right for where you are in life.
SHARED EXPERIENCES
“A training program that transformed the way I understand the body.”
I participated in the Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga certification at Amma Yoga with Mau Aguilera in 2025. It was a truly comprehensive training experience that transformed the way I observe and understand the body, highlighting the importance of the nervous system and the need to approach movement from a holistic perspective.
Mau was an excellent guide throughout the entire process: always patient, approachable, and willing to answer our questions, never assuming we already knew something. His teaching style made the learning experience profound, accessible, and enriching.
This training gave me valuable tools that I can now integrate into other body-based practices I teach, expanding my understanding of movement and the importance of nervous system regulation for overall well-being. Without a doubt, it was an experience that enriched both my personal practice and my professional work.
Voices of experience
Every body has its own language, and each encounter opens up new possibilities. These reflections capture the essence of a practice that invites us to listen, explore, and be fully present.
Mau’s guidance, both in his classes and during the Yin Yoga certification, has been an incredible source of support for me! It has helped me care for my body through movement, while also listening to those parts of myself that, only through yoga, I’ve been able to nurture, bring into balance, and often release.
Mau has a gift for holding space for people’s personal journeys on the mat. For me, this has had such a beautiful impact on an emotional and spiritual level.
There have been times when I’ve arrived at class with very intense emotions, and by the time I leave, I carry a sense of relief with me. That feeling comes from the space he creates and the presence he brings to it.
Thank you, Mau, for touching so many hearts through your practice and for reminding me of the beautiful purpose of practicing yoga. 🪷

Movement isn't always about going further. Sometimes, the real discovery lies in learning to listen to what your body needs today.
